Babik is a collection of rugs and pillows that merge ancestral functions with contemporary sensibilities.

Each piece is fabricated from antique swatches of handmade, flat-woven wool once used by the nomadic tribes of Anatolia for tents and blankets, reassembled and preserved in new patchwork designs. The textiles are hand-dyed using natural materials like roots, flowers, insects, leaves, berries, bark and wood - all indigenous to the surrounding habitat.
